Struggling to sleep at night? Try this tip from our massage therapists for a restful night’s sleep!🛌


The acupressure point used to help you sleep better is called the Shen Men point, otherwise known as HT7. When the Shen Men point is pressed or massaged, it helps to release endorphins in your body, reduce stress levels, and promote a sense of calm and wellbeing.🌿


Follow this simple step for a better night’s rest:

1. Find the Shen Men point (dotted in black in the picture above)

2. Massage the point in a circular motion with adequate pressure for 15-30 seconds.

3. Repeat on alternate hands for 3 to 5 minutes.

You may do this regularly or right before going to bed.
